Big Brother 2013 bosses have a twist planned for tonight’s live eviction results.
BB host Emma Willis teased another “surprise” for the housemates tonight after the latest evictee leaves.
Emma blabbed: “There is a little surprise tonight but I can’t reveal it now… but you’ll find out either at the end of the live show or the start of Bit On The Side, I’m not sure yet.”
She revealed: “It’s going to be fun and it’ll throw another spanner in the works and it’ll play havoc with their minds I think.”
Meanwhile, Emma confessed that she was hoping tonight’s BBUK results would see Jemima leaving over Dexter.
The pair are going head to head in this week’s second live eviction after Gina was saved in the public vote during Wednesday night’s live show.
Emma said: “I don’t think I’m ready for Dexter to leave yet, I want to see what other mind boggling stories he can come out with, so I think it’ll be a shame if he leaves.
“But with Jemima, I’m not sure if we’re going to see anything more than we’ve already seen.”

The Big Brother 2013 housemates will nominate face to face next week
, Channel 5 has confirmed.
Earlier tonight, Jemima became the second housemate to be kicked out in the latest Big Brother 2013 eviction results, ahead of Dexter Koh.
On Sunday night, the housemates may get suspicious when there’s no mention of the latest round of nominations, but it’s not because there’s another mole.
Instead Big Brother will ask the housemates to nominate one another… face to face and live on Monday evening!
The three or more housemates who receive the most nominations from the group will be the third to face the public vote.
One will be saved in next Wednesday’s show while the one housemate with the most votes to evict will be kicked out during next Friday’s latest eviction.
It seems that Big Brother is going to be tough
this year!

Had week 7 face-to-face nominations last year been “at least 3 up” / “vote to evict” – Luke A (4) and Lauren (7) would have been joined by Caroline and Deana (3 each) – the block vote would have failed spectacularly and Caroline would have been evicted!
