If she's stupid enough to put up with that amount of control after knowing him for a few days, then she's more of an idiot than I thought.

 I thought it was just me being an old fuddy duddy Jackson...it drives mad! I can accept swearing if people are annoyed ...I have been known to do it myself ....but to punctuate normal every day sentences with expletives just sounds moronic to me ! 

He's trying to make a reasonable point in a very unreasonable way.

If some one I hardly knew told me how to dress or behave  because they would prefer it, would get a slap, in fact I would have give Kaffs a shout for her to slap them too.

It's arrogant in the extreme to think for a second that anyone has that right, and secondly that she would care about what  some one else preferred.

I think there is more there than we know [ have searched high and low but there is nothing out there linking them though]  there was a comment from Daley after Hazel had showered and they were sitting down that really made me think *oh you have slipped up Daley* followed by silence and glances to each other

I'm not a Daley fan by any stretch, but I don't think this is a discussion about control, I think Daley is making a very valid point, it's just that he is not articulate enough to make his point in an elegant way.

If Hazel would have taken the point and moved the conversation on then I think Daley would not have continued this cyclic conversation. I think he is a little frustrated that he thinks Hazel does not understand his point (which I think she does). Daley also is not quite picking up on the fact Hazel understands but has her routines.

It sounds like one of those stupid couples arguments.
