He's been admitted to have the Royal foot taken out of the Royal gob.
Oh and several tongues and a few noses have been removed from the Royal posterior.

Me too! We were watching him the other day and remarked how ill he looked.
This stuff about him being gaffe prone is overplayed. The guy obviously has a mischievous sense of humour. When Boyle and Carr come out with the same material, people are rolling in the aisles.
I hope he makes a good recovery from this ...........at aged 92 it's all a bit dodgy - he might be 'Royal' but he's only human.
As for the 'gaffes' I think he's hilarious - everyone goes on about how he's put his foot in it again etc. - he does it deliberately - I'll bet he has one hell of a sense of humour behind closed doors.
I wish him well ........he is first and foremost a husband, father, grand father and obviously a special member of that family. A tricky time for them.
