Come on fellow Hay Fever sufferers; share your remedies!!  The first sign of semi-decent weather and sure enough my Hay Fever has kicked in.  Nose streaming... Eyes weeping...  You know, having to gently blow your nose coz it's getting sore.

So far I've tried Piriton but it doesn't seem to have hit the spot.  Got my asthma inhaler on stand by as that's bound to be next to kick off.  *huff*

I have it at the moment..    I get it right at the start of summer for about 3 weeks..   tree pollen is the top suspect.

Still, its preferable to MrD's hayfever..   tis grass pollen for him and he gets it from mid summer, for the rest of the summer.

There is only one treatment that works totally for us both (without knocking us out)..   Beconase  (the nasal spray one)!   Or its generic equivalent (Tesco do an own brand one)

Rank to administer...   slightly preferable to a suppository, but only slightly (I really hate it when the stuff goes down the back of my throat & I can taste it)..  but it works!   2 squirts up each nostril first thing in the morning, last thing at night, takes about 24 hours to really start working..   but from then on as long as you remember to take it (cos you have no hayfever symptoms...   so its easy to forget) then you are sorted
