Soozy, a nice vinegar salad with beef.  Lettuce, spring onions, equal parts vinegar and milk with a tspoon of sugar. Delicious.

 

And count me in as a fan of parmigiano reggiano.

Well we had roast beef, roast taties, yorkie puds, sprouts, carrots, cauliflower cheese and roasted parsnips. I opted for Horseradish and it was beaut
