What are they?  Past or present, doesn't matter.  Dramas, documentaries, cop shows, anything (except soaps)!  Is there something you watch over and over again no matter how many times you've seen it?

I'm currently watching 24 for the 3rd time (possibly 4th....I can't remember)  and it's still amazing.

so in no particular order:

Prison Break

The Wire

LOST was the most amazing programme at the time (along with the online info that was needed to understand the bloody thing) but I took the huff with it once I saw the last ever episode and have never watched it again.

Criminal Minds

and topping the list, 24.

I stopped watching Lost after series one, not because I disliked it, I just forgot to watch any more. I am tempted to buy the box set and watch it through, even though I see some disappointing comments.

I remember it moving and being so obsessed with it that I paid to get SKY installed  I had to go to my Mums house and take over the TV in the 2 weeks that I was waiting for the installation just so I could see the episode.  Whilst my Dad sat there repeating 'pile of shite' and other various nonsense!

I was soooo angry at the ending.  I wasted years of my life on that programme.

Let's not talk about it anymore.  It still hurts.

I think it would be worth it.  It was an amazing programme.  Just didn't end the way I wanted it to.

Did there used to be a programme called yellow thread street or something?  I always tell my OH there was but he thinks I was imagining it.

I think I would have the same reaction as you Ells, so I'm gonna stick to blissful ignorance.

I read the most AMAZING book last week. I absolutely adored it! But the ending pissed me off so much I threw it across the room once I finished reading the last line

Yes, good question. I Googled it, can't find an answer. Probably still in the caravan.

Did anyone here ever watch Paradise Hotel?  It was an American Reality TV Show and I looooooooooved it.  It was nothing like Big Brother et all.  It was constant sneaky tricks, back stabbing, bitchiness and basically screwing everyone over to try to win.

There's a show on ITV2 called Love in the wild, it's very similar but I've only managed to catch one episode.

Currently ploughing through Supernatural and up to series 5 so no spoilers

Loved Dallas in the eighties.

LovedHill Stret Blues and Tenko not sure if they,d be my top 5. I,m really not sure if I could possibly choose a top 5. There has been so much stuff I,ve loved over the years.

My number 1 is almost deffo St Elsewhere _absolutely loved that.

Soozy Woo

Not sure I could do an all time top 5 either

I did love Lost (and I even forgive them the ending for all the years of fab programmes!)

currently love The Good Wife.

Greys Anatomy never disappoints

Loved Ally McBeal back in the day too and the early ER

Seems I like medical and courtroom stuff.

Oh and Homeland.. never watched 24, but I really wish I had now.

Kaffs

LOST is the tipperty top for me. There were so many moments which made me stand up, put my hands on my hips and say "by jove, I wasn't expecting that".

Being Human (UK), although i haven't watched the latest series yet.

Friends, I think I was the perfect age for it when it first came out - mid teens. And i'm always a sucker for watching the repeats. A comedy that will be timeless.

The Shield. Gritty american police drama. REALLY gritty!

Rawky-Roo

Favourites:

Mad Men

The Wire

ER [early series]

Father Ted

American Dad

I mostly watch documentaries, one-off dramas and history programmes outside of that. Regular UK programmes I enjoy a.t.m. are Top Gear, Spring/Autumnwatch, Alan Carr, maybe Graham Norton. Oh and BB... back when it was good.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia?

Curb Your Enthusiasm?

Curb is brilliant, but I also like Seinfeld (which probably goes without saying given the Larry David connection).
