I have 2 relatives who have had the Gbands, and aswell as food they have to watch liquid in take..... FOREVER!

I got that Baz, i was just saying it's (the real thing) not as quick of a fix as it may seem.

I realise that Jen . I've seen programmes on it....the real thing is a huge step to take , and defo not a quick fix . But it was the idea of being able to hypnotise ourselves into imagining our stomachs were smaller that was maligning us laugh

I would have to hypnotise a friend to think garlic was a breath freshener

I do the tax return each year for a local hypnotherapist who does the gastric band hypnotherapy. When I was going through her accounts I found that she had bought some golf balls and I wondered why. She said that she hypnotised clients to make them think that their stomach had shrunk to the size of a golf ball and gave them a golf ball as a reminder.

 

It is very unlikely I will ever need such treatment.
