No, it's not. The picure has been circulating on the internet since 2006 and is most likely to be a Photoshop edit job. There were rumours that the sausages went on sale in Ireland for a short time before they were withdrawn but that hasn't been proven.

I have a jpg copy on my hard drive in a folder titled "funny stuff".

It did the rounds a few years back, but it's always worth resurrecting jokes for those who missed them first time round.
