We are seriously skint atm...   so MrD & I went into town yesterday & spent a £20 Boots voucher on some bits & bobs that were in the sale, and then spent a tenner in Poundland...    so we have prizes.

This makes all the difference to my materialistic rabble.... 

Suddenly the old Wii & PS3 games (Smartypants & TV Quiz & the Buzz Quiz Games) are acceptable as there are prizes involved.

However, I am going to invest in some of the games you have suggested...   as the ones we have are definitely getting a bit boring!

we would do charades..   but the girl has ruined it for us all..   cos she is an attention seeking charades ho!   

you could do a drinking game with Kerplunk. A shot for every ball that drops 

I'd be up for a drinking game...   but none of the rest of them would!! BOOORING!

anyways...   the prize table has been laid out, arguments over who will win the Terrys chocolate orange & the starbucks mug have begun...  

the games schedule has been set..    prizes awarded to the winner & the runner up of each round.

Round 1 - Buzz Big Quiz

Round 2 - Wii Bowling

Round 3 - Buzz Music Quiz

Round 4 - TV Show King (Wii Game)

Round 5 - Buzz HOllywood Quiz

Round 6 - a Mario Cart mini tournament!

Then we watch the London fireworks at midnight! 

throw in a game of hide n seek as a curve ball.

Ditty, there are sooooo many games that you can play without spending any money. How about a family version of 'Mr.+Mrs.' where you all have to answer questions about each other? And that one where you put a load of names of people in a 'hat' pair up and one partner gives clues to the other to guess who it is? Or a quiz? My sis' wrote a Christmas/2012 quiz and has emailed it to me, I'll post it on here, but only problem is, she didn't email me the answers and she'll be out now! Guess you could google the answers 'though?
