Two days running now I've had to sit in the car and compose myself before I could go into the office.    Hugh Jackman singing Bring Him Home on R2 on Thursday and Alfie Boe singing it today.       I have to say Hugh's version is more gut wrenching for me - because it's 'acted', whereas Alfie's (much as I love him) is a song.

i know what I mean.

You made the effort to see it on the first night, (for us plebs) and your critque is?

On another note, who has the greater morality, Javert or Valjean?

I know what you mean KBO, on first listening I didn't go for Hugh.. I soooo don't want to be disappointed by the film, I think that, unusually we won't be, (apart from Cosette/ Amanda)

I think Cosette is a bit pathetic (as a character) anyway so - a whiny Amanda sort of fits the bill (hopefully).

I'm glad I saw Skyfall in IMAX. I don't think the TV does the cinematography justice. Also, how are you keeping from hearing about the significant events in Skyfall ????
