Can you not just replace the border?
Been looking at some boarders online Cinds, but i was planning on redecorating after Christmas (want new sofa, curtains the lot) So for the cost of 3 rolls of boarder i could just paint all the walls in the colours i want. To buy boarder and then take it all down again in a couple of months would be a waste... but i may end up having to do that tbh. The little monkey giving me more to get done/worry about!
hang a string of Xmas cards over the gap or a picture or an xmas psoter or move some furniture to hide it and decorate after the holiday season is all finished with..
fill all the guests with booze too. .I doubt any of them will notice
Oh no what a pain Could you shift the sofa or a big unit in front of it or something?

I'd go with this idea then tell minime that she's on santa's naughty list and her presents will have to be sold to pay for the new decoration unless she behaves herself till after Christmas.
I'm joking or am I

Olly you are a genius, you have lead to us coming up with this
Lol It will work (i hope) as it's the section over the back of the sofa

Only the telly and i think that would just draw more attention to it tbh

oooo I'd bee eebil and not put any presents for her under the tree and on Xmas morning I'd tell her Father Christmas didn't leave her any as she's been naughty and ripped your wall paper
for about 2 minutes because you know there'd be tears and tantrums but it would be worth it just to see the look on her face and the fear that if she doesn't behave, it could happen again
I'm truly eebil

Looks like Olly came to the rescue Jen Last thing you need before Christmas is having to redecorate.
Naughty wee mouse I hope the Santa "encouragement" works.

I'd go with move a bit of furniture in front of it Also, and I know people want to be done all nice ready for guests - but they're you're family, they're not going to care that a little bit of border is missing from the wall cos your toddler tore it off. And if they do, then they're really not worth wasting the good food and drink on
Jen I bet everyone with children has experienced the dreaded paper pulling stage which, in my kids cases, they found extremely fun to do and nowhere was safe in the end!
Your family will probably know that kids love doing stuff like that and not be bothered by it.
Yeah you're all right, i'll just have to try and not take any photos of people on that sofa ad its over a meters long lol
I was annoyed about it yesterday now i'm over it. Like you guys just said it's my family so they wont care as long as i keep the glasses topped of course!
