Like someone mentioned earlier, in certain circumstances not all pain killers get rid of pain, they make the pain worse, I know because I found out the hard way some years ago when I was very ill.

 

"IF" you think the pain's related to constipation is there any food, or even alcohol, that you've noticed in the past makes you visit the loo more often than normal then maybe that food or drink may help. But probably the best advice is wait till tomorrow and if no better seek medical advice. Wishing you well very soon
