Thank you to everyone that sent me good wishes.  I'm going on a cruise to the Med for my anniversary and will return to the Trevi fountain in Rome.  I was last there when I was about 12 years old!!!  At least I will be returning to Rome (for one last time)

Joyron, that sounds like a wonderful trip, and very romantic too. I'm sure you will have a lovely time.

His bride is my age (45) and it was her first marriage too.
And they both had their first child three and a half years ago!

Blimey Good luck to them though! xx I think it's better to get wed later in life, once you've realised what it is you really want and what values you want your other half to have. Not knocking the younger brides at all though, they're just lucky they found their soul mate younger. (lucky caaaahs )
