that may be the truth however by making it law it puts responsibility on the isp's to find a way, coupled with laws like our own that record every website visited and every email, phonecall or sms sent for a period of 2 years (increasing to 5) it truly is getting like 1984.


and the new phorm system is at the cutting edge of just what is possible in terms of snooping even though they deny it, and thats coming to bt, talk talk and virgin very soon with other isp's to follow no doubt.

yes, as an ad server it seems fairly benign until you read just what its capable of and what the makers have said in private.
