Not watched it in ages.
Inkerman Street always sounded fascinating though.
Think it's round the corner.

you never hear them talk about Rosaman Street now do you? Wasn't that where the original Cabin was in the 70s when Mavis and Rita had a record shop at the back end of the Cabin?
Tyrone didn't come out well there.
He was doing the only thing imo he could cologne, poor Fiz though... what a good friend...... Yes i know its not real life!
Poor Tyrone he doesn't have much luck does he.They were discussing this plot on the telly a few weeks back,it seems it's pretty true to life.Women can be terrible abusers too,it's even more hidden than male abusers.

I hope Fiz will be vindicated.
I think that women abusers are looked upon as a "joke" by most people.
But as katty said, they are terrible and most get away with it as men are too ashamed to talk about it.
I know from my cousin who worked on abuse in the home in the 80's with university professors and set the systems that are in place now with the police and the courts about how the abused are treated. I don't usually watch the soaps, but I have been watching this story line with interest to see how they play it out.
As in Emmerdale. It was a fantastic minute of pure indulgent fun and I laughed out loud, which doesn't happen often anymore.
Kirsty fell for the plot..he marries her, gets his name on the birth cert..Kirsty goes too far..Tyrone gets full custody..he and Fizz get back together and live happily ever after until a few years down the line when Fizz dies and he's left to bring up the children....Ask me another....
I think the actors playing Tyrone and Kirsty are making the storyline very believable, I keep getting worried about Tyrone lol. Fizz is good too.

I agree Yellow Rose, very realistic.
Very upset it's not on tonight
Thanks for that Joe, I had recorded it, then forgot about it. I was attempting the Royal Variety too - so this is very timely ... I have turned over
I didn't miss it Joe, glad you can watch it now Rexi
I rarely watch these days, but have seen recent episodes sporadically, and I am so worried about Tyrone. (I know it's not real)
I know it's not real .......I know it's pretend but I just want Kirsty locked up ............the storyline is making me so uncomfortable.

I did, and I've now switched back over to the Royal Variety just in time for Neil Diamond ... so not altogether a bad night

Poor Tyrone, he's having an awful time of it.

I'm lovin' Corrie as usual with all the different storylines, so much better than EE which I also watch, purely out of a bad habit Kat's secret affair and who of the 3 it's with is really annoying I've made a guess but who knows if there's a twist and we've been thrown off the scent, hope we find out soon, it's boring now.

I saw a headline couple of days ago that Maggie is working in a bar now. I didn't read the story so don't know if it mentioned she did some Corrie recording a while ago - when this storyline was being filmed. It will be interesting to see the circumstances in which Kirsty exits the show.
I think the next storyline will be that both Kevin and his daughter Sophie will fancy Lloyds daughter
