I don't know Kaffy, but I wouldn't have thought that could be right. If a man can be forced to take one to disprove paternity for the purpose of the csa, then surely a man has the right to prove his paternity if he truly believes he is the father and wants to be part of the babies life.

every thing Fizz said is true however he could go to court and get a parent's responsibility order. The judge could then order a DNA test and allow the father's name on the birth certificate but it's a long drawn out procedure and very expensive with only solicitors gaining!!!!
I trust they did their research on the law in such cases but it would be simpler, and cheaper for a DNA test, the best evidence of all surely.
I said a few months ago here I think Fizz and Tyrone would make a good couple, there's still a chance that could happen

I can see that coming too YR. The law stinks if a father needs the mother's permission for a DNA test in situations like that. What if a father refused to give a DNA test when a mother was looking for child support?

I'm trying to remember that too cinds.. I know he used to date Maria and Fizz used to date Kirk. Something tells me they did, but I'm not sure.
