I would take it out at five and then bosh it in at 8 again for 17 mins at 160
You can reheat it in the oven or the microwave, Aims. The important thing is to make sure it is piping hot, so the chicken is reheated thoroughly.

What Velvet Donkey said. Don't panic if it over runs to 17 minutes and 30+ seconds. Just add a drizzle of your finest olive oil and allow it to rest a few moments for maximum tenderness and succulence. Bon Appetit
