Right it's nothing flouncy or serious just that as I'm in temp accomodation by the housing assoc' as my property is being structurally upgraded etc.BT in their useless way have informed me twice in the last two weeks that the broadband bill hasn't been paid for.Now I've been informed by the said housing assoc' who stated they defo paid the bill etc that they will sort it out on Monday,despite me telling them all this shit two weeks ago! I should not be getting grief as it's a business account for all the tenants de-canted to temp homes,owned by the housing Assoc'.BT state 13th is cut off date.I'm not optimistic...sigh....farewell!

Gawd knows BT are Arses! Mind you so are the housing assoc' . BT person phoned me today at 3.45 to inform me of this >I was like whit! friday afternoon ,they will all have boogered off! However i did manage to speak to a person at the housing Assoc' who stated said person who deals with such accounts etc wasn't there(surprise!) They don't work weekends so Monday is the day they will deal with it...ahem cut of day! Buggery buggery! I was told by them to continue to pay my BT account for my home address as usual and the housing Assoc' would be paying the phonebill and broadband bill for this temp address,That's why I'm voting in this years BB

pengy I souldn't even be dealing with it!the housing Assoc' stated that they don't understand why any billing or phone calls have come to this address,as it's a major business address account they have with BT,costing a few grand etc.Trust me!

Oh yea Cologne,they are ! One of the worst as regards customer care etc.
I was happy with orange broadband and BT for phonecalls at me old address.However my niece and her partner moved in with me last year and had a full BT package, rather than pay penalties for closing the account it was transferred to my address ,she pays for it.That's the only reason we are with them.I'd go back to Orange in a flash, if i had to.
Hope they sort it for you Katty
