today is a good (new definition) day....    Mum is stable & well, she's mentally herself, steady on her feet, my Dad has mowed the lawn & the rain that is lashing the country has skipped round our part of the world, meaning they can enjoy their evening glass of wine on the patio...  its a good day

Good to hear from you

aww.... thank you..

I am usually here..    am just a bit lurky...

I am coming to terms with things, and learning to cope....  that said, as I've just said to Cinds, today has been a good day, I'm learning to do the one day at a time thing..

you were right though, mornings are worst, waking up is a never ending hell of remembering, & then having to go through the whole pulling yourself together process all over again.

Ditty, I'm so glad to hear that they are enjoying the evening sun together.

I read your post after this one before I replied, and that's all you can do is take one day at a time, and most importantly try to enjoy every one of those days you still have your Mam with you.

Stay as strong as you can
