I don't think they've shown us what she says about her parents but one of the HM's said they did'nt like the way she spoke about them....

I don't know Sooz but under the clip about hot water there is a comment that she has been complaining about her parents on the show.

She may have a posh address a posh voice and a posh lifestyle but she is classless imo.
In a clip i watched she told Benny that her parents and friends would know she was joking and that she is very grateful for what they have done for her, so it sounds like she sounding ungrateful for everything they have given her and Benny said i hope it hasn't been aired
There is an FB link (posted above) where she is apologising to Benedict for her behaviour and saying how she regrets speaking badly about her parents. Is there anyone techie here that can inbed it. The link is up there^^^^^^

Just read over there one of the reasons Deana gave for nominating her was how she spoke about her parents,she probably is another with a sense of entitlement.
