AN “Indian Brian Dowling”, a Dr Who geek and a girl dubbed The Hurricane are fighting for a place on Big Brother.
One of them will get a wild card entry into the Channel 5 house, despite all three failing their auditions for being “too over the top”.
The trio, described as “ticking timebombs” guaranteed to cause chaos, will go head-to-head in a viewers’ vote that will put one of them in the house.
The wild cards were chosen by presenter Jamie East from sister show Bit On The Side.
As a fan, he was asked by chiefs to find the type of housemate he would like to see on the show.
Jamie, 37, got to see all the auditionees thrown out by the producers for being “too hot to handle”.
He then picked his favourite “freaks” and sent them to boot camp before choosing his top three.
He said: “I went in with a plan to pick housemates that Big Brother would never put in the house.
“I think I’ve succeeded.”
Jamie said his wild cards include a super-smart geek in his 30s with longhair, a beard and a top hat who has been dubbed a 1960s Doctor Who.
Then there’s a gay Indian in his 30s, “a high maintenance receptionist who loves the spotlight”, described by Jamie as “funny but confrontational”.
The presenter’s final choice is The Hurricane, a larger-than-life 20-something girl who producers originally rejected as fake.
She is said to hate her nipples and hides sweets down her pants.
On Tuesday June 5, the three wild cards will be revealed to the nation in a special Channel 5 show at 8pm, an hour before the launch programme.
Phone lines will open for viewers to choose one of them to go into the house during the series’ run.
Jamie said of his wild cards: “I am so confident with my choices.
“I predict that whoever viewers choose will go all the way and make the final
