I'm off to stay with a friend for a couple of days....a lovely stop over except for the food.
My first meal there was:
Hot Beetroot salad (pickled, from a jar)
scrambled egg
cold pancakes
boiled gammon chunks (had a choice of pheasant too)
and a chutney of sorts..... ?
All on the same plate mind....
I don't know if it is just my taste buds....but really!
What foods do you say DON'T go together ??

and cup of milky tea
never again
oh so its normal then baziv never heard of it

Not all bad.I eat beetroot ,egg and Blinis.The only food on that plate I wouldn't eat is the chutney,replace them with Gherkins and the plate is complete. .
As for the tuna,onion and milky tea, the very thought of that gives me the boak.
