Is there any way of getting rid of the tweets?  I find them so irritating.

Don't think so Growley, but surely they are no more annoying than all the rest of the stuff down the right hand column?

I must have blinkers on for  the right hand side  No interest in it so I don't see it....if that makes sense 

It does Cags. It's the same for me, I hardly notice it.

i don't mind the tweets - it's how i found out the tanker drivers weren't going to strike yesterday     Mostly I don't pay attention to the right hand side either though

Having said that, I've just noticed this one....

But only because the current posting at at the level of the first few tweets.

If we were higher or lower I would probably have never seen it.

The tweets don't bother me...in fact I think they can be a handy little diversion, especially when the forum is quiet.
