We use blockbusters from time to time...

Last film I got out from there was "last house on the left" Brilliant it was too!!

I sometimes rent films from the library - they have LOTR,

They also have a lot of populist films, they used to only have educational videos and dvds, foreign language ones and book tie ins.

Now they have any old rubbish, which is a shame as it means they don't stock as much good stuff

I don't get it, I've always hired films on a whim not faff about on a website and wait a day for it to be delivered. 

It's a very old film in video rental shop terms.  Video shops like to shift films that are gathering dust on their shelves and taking up the shelf space that more popular films could take.
