How the hell did East Enders win best soap tonight? Emmerdale and Corrie cleaned up with the individual awards.

Dunno Soozy,I always say Corrie beats Eastenders hands down.For me Eastenders is just too "dramatic" it verges on farce at times.
IMO Eastenders is quite consistent whereas the others plod along and have a big storyline every now and again. I am a die hard Eastenders fan though 
The Beeb always lays on the best after show party.

I didn't watch as I had a feeling that EE would win best soap and I didn't want to hear that 
Glad to hear Corrie won some awards as they deserve them, they have more all round characters, storylines and HUMOUR, unlike EE which is just continual depressing storylines.....so why do I continue to watch EE...bad habit is the reason/excuse 
I only watch Stenders, so it must be the best! 
To be fair I really didn't begrudge Jo Joyner and her screen daughter their awards but the rest of them - meh.

EE is so dull and boring atm though, I turned it over the other night with that whole Michael/Jean storyline I honestly don't know why I keep watching it
