MAN V FOOD......MR CINDS even got knocked sick watching it tonight.

I've seen clips of Man V Food Cinds but have never watched a full prog......

and the Dewani thing I'll have to watch on Catch Up 

I didnt see any of them, sorry ... but I am watching the thing on 4 now about a guy on death row who is quite merrily telling us about how he killed these people. Its all very civil lahhhdeeedahh.... there's some nutcases out there!

I've only watched a few episodes of Man V Food. I got highly annoyed at how scripted it was.  Also, the guy has given up on the food challengers, in fact I think he's gone super healthy now.

I've watched a few and the thing is, it's a 10 minute show that  repeats its self ad nauseum [literally] until it has fleshed its self out to the 30 minute time slot (something all tooo common now ) 

I quite enjoy the 10 minutes of actual show but the rest just does my head in!! 

I watched the Annie Dewani prog because I saw another one about this a few weeks ago but this one had more cctv footage of them at the hotel etc.

After the first programme I thought there was more evidence to say he was guilty than not. After tonight's I'm not so sure as there was added info. I agree it seems strange for him to arrange to have her murdered after marrying her - no life insurance involved - and in their wedding vids he looked really happy. What's strange though is why would those men let him go free and then shoot her. Tragic case. Overall I think he may be innocent because of things that came out tonight

Rose I feel the same about 'why marry her, then have her murdered?'

But watching that last night with my husband, I said to him, if that had been us and the driver had took us in to that area (renowned for murder etc of tourists) "what would you have done".... he said I would have insisted he took us back to the hotel.  It's a tough one, and I hope her family get their answers.

Having watched 2 docu's on this I still feel there's some missing information. Only when he's mentally well enough to go to Court in SA might more details come out, then again I'm not totally convinced he'd get a fair trial. Both families deserve to know the truth as the constant wondering must be a nightmare and stopping them from coming to acceptance.

Man V Food is one of my fave programmes. I love Adam. He lives quite healthily 6 days a week. Exercises twice a day before a challenge and doesn't eat the day of the challenge. The programme makes it look like he's a total pig but he does like one challenge a month. Love it 

B was watching it last week, I kept wandering through throwing disgusted looks at the TV. I hate the sort of celebration of gluttony, don't get me wrong, I love food and watching foodie TV shows but not things about how much food you can eat in a given time... I just think it's gross No one NEEDS that much food, and at a time obesity is on hte increase is this really something that we should be doing/encouraging/etc etc. Oops, I ranted
