I read somewhere the other day that this whole world ending in 2012 carry on has a slight glitch.  It is predicted by the Mayan calendar, no?  But the Mayan calendar didn't account for leap years....which (so I've read) were only introduced by some roman bloke (I think.  Maybe Caesar?) many years later.  Therefore I think we may have already passed D-day?

Would be nice to let the nutjobs know.

I thought it had been calculated to take in the Julian calendar Ells.

But could be wrong. All I know about it is what I gleaned from reading The Crystal Skull by Manda Scott - who is a very fine writer by the way and should be on the approved reading list for bunker literature.

OMG these people are seriously considering moving to a different part of the country before D-day and are spending serious amounts of money on things they (hopefully) won't ever need.  Someone has even put their 2nd home up for sale so they can afford to build a shelter!
