Friend and I went to the cinema tonight to see Hotel Marigold.Got our tickets and told to go to the right hand side and straight to the end,we did but could not find where the film was showing.I went back to the guy told him that the film being shown was Best Erotic,he started to laugh, really laugh and took me back to where my friend was and pointed out that the film showing was Best exotic,as in Best Exotic Hotel Marigold.

I've mentioned this several times this week, Maggie Smith Judi Dench and Bill Nighy...wonderful cast, I'm really looking forward to it now, I've read mixed reviews

And I believe the wonderful Celia Imrie too

What were the negative comments, Dame?  Script, direction...?

I think Maggie Smith is fantastic......   glad you enjoyed it.... I think I would too.

Maggie Smith unlike the rest of them goes there as she is in need of a hip replacement, she is told that it will take months for the op in the UK but if she went on the out sourced programme the op would be done immediately. She replied to the Doctor "Months! I dont plan that far ahead.I don't even buy Green Bananas".So off she heads to India.

She has some great one liners .

Penelope Wilton is in the film I didn't recognise the name but I think she was in Ever decreasing circles, she is Bill Nighys wife.
