I'm not a fan of Cheryl Cole, but good on her for taking legal action. Someone at my work buys Now mag and I saw the article in question, it is very misleading and Harvey is a silly boy for letting Now magazine get away with this lazy journalism!

The whole article is basically Now asking him questions about his involvement with Cheryl, and he coyly alludes to them having an affair without saying the actual words.

I agree but I do think Harvey knows that by hinting of any kind of relationship with Cheryl it would give him  a massive amount of publicity,not bad when you have a CD  to flogHe also says he has text messages from her and Now have stated that they have seen them ,should be interesting .

Wouldn't it be great if we ( the lesser masses ) could get the same publicity and be able to put more day to day grievances across. Who gives a flying F***k about any of them- Not me anyway. Let them have their fun and games whilst the rest of of us have to worry about where the next meal is coming from or how long we can keep the heating on for.

Tori, it would be great. I despise all these celeb magazines but if someone leaves one lying around I usually take a peek. And then I hate myself for it!

I use to buy lots of magazines .. I buy the odd one now and again ..when they would run the same story  in different  magazines they always had their own twisted version of what was said/happened  just never knew who was telling the truth ..as for Harvey >>
