 Poor Nicola....I don't think she deserved that and you could see she was physically shaking.  I think most people didn't like her before she entered the house and anything she did was automatically bitchy or offensive when really she's just one of those people who think that if you are thinking something then you might aswell just say it instead of keeping it to yourself.  Yes, she was a bit of a bitch in certain situations but I think it stems from her own insecurities and low self esteem.
