The only Twitter row that I know about was between Natasha Giggs and Nichola McClean.
Nichola made various comments about NG and her lack of morals....and apparently it took off from there.
No idea what the Cassidy-McClean spat is about though.

Nicola said that in reply to a magazine column Natalie writes where she slagged her off about going public with her eating disorder and said she should have thought of how the coverage and her comments would affect her children
( according to " New" magazine, the one Natalie does the column for)
I don't read gossip mags so didn't know what the Natalie/Nichola thing was either. Didn't know about the Giggs thing either...from what I've learnt now it seems like Nichola got involved in both situations. Why is someone else's life any of Nichola's business
