They're really spoiling us, aren't they?

It's a start.

TBH, I have very mixed views about this.

The "glass-half-full" view is as you say: it's a start. Perhaps their dipping their toe in the water to see how it works and what the reaction is like. Maybe it will lead to bigger things.
The "glass-half-empty" view is that it's a mere sop. They hope to shut-up the whingers with the barest minimum of streaming possible.

Let's not forget that C5 have admitted they could have given us LF for the last series, but chose not to. In that context, this looks like a very weak gesture and I can understand why some on DS are calling it a "p!ss-take".

There are moments when I think about how desperate we were for any information about what was going on (yes: especially after evictions) and I feel that even the smallest of crumbs like this would be A Good Thing. Then I remember how painful it was trying to piece events together without 24/7 LF, and how badly we were misled over certain HMs because of the limited and heavily-edited material we were drip fed. As it currently stands, that will not change: two hours a week simply isn't enough.

By all means lets enjoy the post-eviction coverage, but the campaign for the return of proper Live Feed must continue. It's simply not BB without it...

It's not really live feed in my view. They've made it into a show called 'Live From The House'.

I'm with Eugene on this. We need live feed on the internet 24/7, loads of us would pay for the privilege, and I can't understand why they're so reticent.

I stopped watching Channel 5's BB after the first eviction night when I was craving live feed and couldn't watch it. It's a much needed part of Big Brother, for me anyway.

The good thing is that these live feed shows will be after the evictions. But I always want more!

TBH, I'd be impressed by anyone who recognizes all 3 of that lot by name alone.

Phoebe Price doesn't even have a Wiki page (yet...   ), although she is on IMDB:

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1526673/

Be warned though that her bio on it appears to me mostly self-promoting BS. Some of the Message Boards are interesting though...

Truth is that her Dad made a lot of money in the motor trade, and her Mum bought her a Modelling Agency. She now lives mainly off her inheritence from her Dad.

I suppose she's a true "professional celebrity". Technically she's an actress (hence the IMDB page), but she's an actress in the same way that most LA waitresses are: she's only really had parts as extras in small-budget films and shorts.

There are shades of Jemma Palmer in Phoebe as her as her real age appears to be a moveable feast. Also, her nickname is the gossip rags is "Chicken Cutlets"!

CELEBRITY Big Brother bosses have turned the spy-on-the-wall house into an Alpine chalet.

Producers aim to raise the heat in the new year as temperatures plummet outside.

And in a bid to spark some frisky fun they have installed a hot tub. The producers want the stars to warm themselves up by diving in the bubbles and enjoying steamy romps.

Last night a source on the Channel 5 show said: “The new Celebrity Big Brother will be all geared up for winter fun. It promises to be a sexy series.”

Celebrity Big Brother will return on Thursday, January 5.

Host Brian Dowling, 33, said: “I’m beyond excited. I can’t wait to meet the new housemates.”

Names in the frame were rapper Tinchy Stryder, 25, Ryan Giggs’ sister-in-law lover Natasha Giggs, 29, Loose Women’s Denise Welch, 53, former EastEnder Natalie Cassidy, 28, and the X Factor’s shamed Frankie Cocozza, 18.

Last night a Channel 5 spokesman said: “Big Brother executives are in talks with a number of celebrities about appearing on the series but we’re not confirming any names at the moment.”
