Hi all Ga Ga Joy Joyers,

I hope you're having the best of Xmases but appreciate that some of you won't be and I hope things improve a lot in the future for you!

Bizarre anecdotes of the season

I had a bizarre act of human kindness today where someone delivered me a Xmas hamper for no obvious reason.  I don't know where it came from but I hope whoever delivered it will realise it was sent in error and deliver it to the right person who deserves the hamper.  It appeared as if it was meant for an elderly person who needed a bit of charity and was mistakenly delivered to me.

I have no address for the person who delivered the hamper but hope they will realise their mistake and contact me so that the hamper will go to the person it was intended.

I spend a lot of time slagging of the government (rightly - as they are shit) and various other people but such things bring things into perspective and make me realise how lucky I am compared to so many who will be facing a lonely and joyless Xmas.

It's not my intention to bring things down, but just a comment on matters of the season!

Carnelian
