They take billions away from education and health and care, and put half a billion into THIS! Helping 'problem families' What the actual f**k?!

If it costs us 9billion a year and costs the government 440 million, coupled with the paragraph below, I can't see what everyones problem is?
Local councils will not receive the ÂĢ440m cash to tackle problem families until they can show Louise Casey, the new "troubled families tsar", that their interventions have secured change, such as less truanting, antisocial behaviour or addiction.
I thought "New Labour" were bad for PR-friendly, useless policy gimmicks. This government is continuing the tradititon though.
I can't even be bothered to argue about this shower of sh*te that we have in power, and I have a zillion reasons as to why I detest each and every one of the selfish tw*ts.
