I think we'll record it. I had forgotten all about that prog until recently. If I remember rightly Coronation Street was bumped by that IACGMOOH carp and we were able to watch.

Had to watch Masterchef, But should be able to see the next bit at 10.

I got the line that the knitters didn't get in their semi-final - The windows.

 I managed to get  UP one.... and a couple of others..... but it is too quick for me.... I need to sit for at least half an hour

I'm not impressed with the way they went about solving the walls. Most of the time they were just randomly trying to get a group by trial and error, and hoping the connection would follow.

 

I usually try and find connections then try and find enough words to fit the possible connections. to fit

Same here EFFT  And even when they were just stabbing at things there was no real method to it sometimes....

I found that their random clicking was distracting.

Yes....  I am sure I would have got loads more right if I hadn't been distracted

Have you tried the online 'Only Connect' walls? They are timed, so you can't spend hours pouring over them. Quite devillish really, as  you have to get the 4 lines AND the connections within the tine. However, you can go back and try them again.

Also from a thread Brisket put up, but from quite a while ago. It was only about 'Only Connect'. He put one up more recently and it was giving links for 'Only Connect' AND 'Mastermind.

I got a couple of them, the David Hare plays and the Robert Altman films, and bits of the others.

Watched both episodes and the first two rounds of The Buzzcocks on catchup. I'm not going to say anything about Vicky Coren. I might lose another eyebrow.
