Eats shoots and leaves is what a panda does.
Eats, shoots and leaves is what a hoodlum does to avoid paying for his meal

A woman, without her man, is nothing I'm sure most men will agree, whereas:
A woman: without her, man is nothing I'm sure most women will agree.

Correct use of capital letters is also important:
I helped my Uncle Jack off his horse is rather different from
I helped my uncle jack off his horse as I hope you'll agree
