A lot is down to genetics, but fleshier individuals often look younger past a certain age. As I remember Charlotte Rampling saying 'Once a woman gets to a certain age she has to make a choice between her face or her figure' The same's true of us men. I could still get a full six pack if I wanted to, but my face would look like a skull!

The McKeiff is a miserable auld hag even fully made up, I think its all the bitterness

Granted she has not got the beauty of Nigella, but as Sweet says you cannot compare the two photos fairly....

But presumably when she was on her telly programme she was made up?   I'm still shocked to think she would only be in her 40s at that time.     I'm also with Saz... all the snitty disapproval is ageing!
