do you know that church got burnt 4 years ago   all that was left was the shell.  The vicar had some second hand pooters that he used to let people use to do CVs and online job searches etc., someone broke into the church and nicked them and some other stuff and in the process, caused an electrical fault and up it went   the restoration is nearly complete (all the churches irrespective of denomination have contributed to the funds, as have many of the people of Erdington.  It's a shame that some of the wedding/death/baptism records have been lost

The Bull Ring is eebil - it has lots of lovely shops to distract you and the Rag Market has lots and lots and lots of lovely material and other enticing stuff 

 

Erdington used to be lovely but lately it's become a dumping ground for problem families and the area has nosedived big time   I'd move tomorrow if I could
