This "twist" isn't as bad as it could be - I was dreading yet more outside interference - but there's the problem of preventing their nominations being influenced by others. In theory, Aaron and Alex could suffer from a backlash as they vote first, and Tom could have enormous power.
The use of electric shocks appears to be an attempt to prevent the HMs rigging it, but I wonder how effective it will be (Jay has apparently got them all shocked already by talking out of turn ). I would have thought the obvious thing to do is for each "couple" to nominate the next "couple" along, ensuring that all 6 go up. I'm not betting on it happening, though...
