I feel so sorry for the children in these circumstances who are being punished for their parents' idiocy. There is no evidence of any abuse - apart from these wholly stupid and inappropriate names. Perhaps enforcing or encouraging a change of these names and a programme of education for the parents would be a beneficial course of action.

Yes he can be a bit of an attention seeker at times but i think in this case he was just posted a link to a topic of discussion.
