Well, last week Jemma's picture had "evicted" added to it. However, as a few people pointed out at the time, the size and font used was different to that on photos of "real" evictees, which suggested a hack.
The C5 page seems to have returned to normal now: I don't suppose anyone took a screen grab?

It was'nt a hack it was their own fault, they admitted it on bbbOt....
