The  housemates have been told about it now! From Facebook:

Housemates were given some shocking news earlier after Jem’s early exit resulted in a new nominations line-up.

Aaron and Jem were originally up for eviction this week, but the latest drama has resulted in the nominations changing to include Faye, Jay and Harry, along with Aaron.

Long-running couple Faye and Aaron are now pitted against each other and face the possibility of separation this week.

Housemates firstly appeared positive after hearing the shock announcement and completed the shopping list together, although when the reality set in Harry said he was “really annoyed” over the twist. Jay also appeared folorn saying his head was “chewed up” over the situation and even picking out his eviction outfit.

Aaron admitted he thought he was safe before, saying “I thought I had a fighting chance against Jem… but now I’m up against three massive characters”.

As the nominated housemates ready themselves for Friday’s show-down, we’ll ready ourselves to see how they react to the situation over the coming days.

I understand they voided Jems BF noms. But what happened to the noms that went to Jem? shouldn't the families who nommed her have the chance to nom someone else?

Wonder how their Mum will feel when she realizes she's been indirectly responsible for both of her daughters leaving the house in the same week?

I am not Aaron fan ( really?) BUT it would probably make my day to see Jay go because he really is revolting and it would be really very funny as I think he thinks he has a big fan base.
