Thanks for asking Rexi A lot worse today They're down his throat and are rapidly multiplying. His throat is causing him pain and he's been crying a lot but the calamine lotion, baths, paracetamol and anti-histamine are keeping us going so far
Oh Ells Poor boy ... and poor mum
It's horrid when your little babo is poorly, isn't it?
Hope he feels a bit better tomorrow ...

I just feel so sorry for him because there's not much else I can do. He had been begging me to let him stay off school last week but has announced today he'd rather be in weekend school than be off with chickpox
I'm very worried about my youngest getting them, he has severe eczema and the thought of chickpox on top of that is stressing me out!
Oh Ells - my boy caught chicken pox first, then the two girls got it off him, and they were miles and miles worse than he was. I had to take both of them to the doctor
Fingers crossed ... this time next week it should all be over

Oh blimey Ells! Hang in there
I love this forum My own mother hasn't even rang to see how my son is today, yet people on here are more interested in how he is. It's lovely.
I know all kids get chickenpox and it;s not like my mum hasn't seen kids with them a million times over....not actually complaining about her NOT phoning, just passing comment that people on here are really lovely at times that other people would think trivial.
We heard you the first time Ells
