Where do you go for Halloween and what do you do? and more importantly......
Do you have a traditional Halloween meal in your house? This year I am going to make certain everything we eat is orange, I think!!

always have a BBQ with the neighbours - mushroom burgers are a must on Halloween for me. Also baked potatoes and pumpkin soup (although I don't really like pumpkin soup)
I don't celebrate Hallowe'en and I loathe trick or treating with a passion so I try to get out the house Hallowe'en evening, usually for a meal. However this year we're off on holiday although we haven't decided whether to go or not at the moment.
We will be away for Hallowe'en this year and I am happy to miss it.
Gah BumHug!! I hate Halloween! Same as every year I will set out the sweets for the trick or treaters and then dress the kids up, let them trick or treat in the street and then visit the grandparents. Home then and drink some alcohol whilst avoiding any late coming trick or treaters!
I don't do anything, don't go anywhere and certainly don't answer the door to the kids
Hate it. No one seems to call on us any more - think the word has got around that we never answer the door!!
My friend down the road used to have a big Halloween party each year, which my two girls used to go to. They all (the partygoers) used to trick and treat up the road. They used to call on me and I would stock them up with eNumbers - seemed a small price to pay for an evening of peace!
Now my children and all their friends have all grown up and no-one, apart from the two children over the road who my youngest babysits for, calls on us.
I miss it really
I decorate my house with spiders webs, gravestones, skeletons and everything else halloween related. I cook the whole of Tesco fresh and frozen party food section. Set it all out on tables with enough booze to sink the Titanic along side it. Two tables in the hall with bowls of sweets for the guisers (which they have to tell a joke, sing or dance for) and the whole street is invited to my party. We all dress up and absolutely love it.
ohhhh Cagney - I want to come, it sounds great

I always close the curtains and pretend I am not home
Have I been missing?
I'll be missing next week, off on holiday
We're taking the boy to Spain for a week, because he didn't get to come with us to Cyprus in August for my 40th, we promised him a week somewhere.
Really looking forward to it, since we got back from Cyprus I've had an ongoing stomach bug that I just can't get rid of, so hopefully some R&R will help that. Although the place we have booked is kids orientated so I'm guessing not
I'll be OK thank you.
40th was amazing, apart from the fact that I am really 40
Hahahahaha I'll bring you back either this
or this
A Spanish stroke the pony! !
