Now one called Celebrity Wish List, on Channel 5 next Monday, when will this bloddy obsession with celebrity end in this world!? Nearly everything on TV has a celeb version of it somewhere along the line, and they are all the same flippin nobodies, anyone can be a celeb now, what does the effin word mean anymore? Christine horseface Bleakley is doing one next year called Guess The Celeb, how apt. Sorry had to get this off my chest, I just hate Zelebs and the whole obsession with them.

I've always held these views, Celebrities really wind me up, they are crap and the vast majority of them are nobodies, all doing the same same shows on their I love me merry go round. They are nearly all tick and not funny at all.

i love shitty, crappy false people who appear in crappy shows for money,
cos if they didnt exsist, this forum wouldnt exsist and i wouldnt have met you lot

This BB forum was started by us watching "Nobodies" and reacting to them living in a house with BB watching over them.......I think "Celebs" ruin "Reality shows"..

Agreed totally, to the point that I don't watch CBB.
Ooh - which one? I did watch the first where Jack Dee won and that was OK. I must admit I did watch the one with Jade Goody and her entire family too.
Havent even bothered watching it. I am sooooooooooooo bloody sick of reality tv! We need more comedy and drama.
Has anyone watched that FRESH MEAT programme? Sort of a bit like The Inbetweeners... Thats quite good.
i don't usually watch "celebrity" reality (although i'd watch my paddy anytime) but i am enjoying 70 degrees north, didn't see last years, and i actually know these "celebs"
Oooooh, that was a good one. I'd always put BB 3, 5 & 7 up there as well. The rest were either just watchable or excruciating.
My all time favourite has to be BB6 with Eugene, Derek and Makosi but I enjoyed 5 (the one with Dan?) and BB3 with Alex as well.
Ooh yes, and I really enjoyed 'Fresh Meat' too but that's because I have a big secret crush on Jack Whitehall...
Half of them are as thick as mince.
Andrew Castle I'm looking at you.
"Today Channel 5 announced a brand new commission; Celebrity Wish List, proudly sponsored by The Health Lottery.
This eight part wish-fulfillment series, coming to our screens in October, will see an array of the UKâs best-loved celebrities reward people across the UK who strive to make a real difference to the lives of those in need. With compelling real-life stories and a host of truly inspirational people from all over the country, the celebrities will try to leave a lasting legacy in order to enable the good work these people do to continue. Itâs also hoped theyâll enthuse people to get involved with community projects which desperately need help.
Celebrities lending their support include Jeff Brazier, Stacey Solomon, Brian Dowling andMcFly, to name just a few".
If they are helping good causes, and making people happy. what is the harm? There are so many bad things in the world, it is nice to see famous people doing something positive.
Good for them.
Hmmmm, Eileen, I saw an article on this just before I went to work on Breakfast TV. I can't remember whether it was yesterday or today. Check out the figures

"Lending their support"? yeah right. They will have been paid to appear.
'Celebrity Bomb Disposal' was a concept that appealed to me but it never got taken up. Pity

Yes, they actually give LESS money from ticket sales to the charity than the National Lottery do and it doesn't go to front line NHS services, health charities have to make an application to them for a share of the pot
