Its never happened before today. 

I got that message when I used the live chat on Friday for the eviction - it's the only time I've had it and I'm using Google Chrome as a browser

Hi Lori.  Thanks for the message, sorry for delay, but I only just noticed the responses here because I posted this and forgot about it LOL!  I am using internet explorer, and when I used CHROME, it stopped, so it must be IE.  Thanks for the reply, and thanks to everyone else
