We have the small green slop bucket/kitchen waste thing, and the larger one that goes outside. Then a black wheelie bin for non recycling stuff, and a green wheelie bin for recyclable stuff. If we want a brown bin for garden waste we have to pay on top of our council tax. So I don't. And the lorry comes down the road anyway and picks up the rubbish from the houses that pay 
(I just cheat and disguise it in my black bin 
)
