There are no water cannons in Mainland UK.

They are NOT AUTHORISED to be used here either. Only in N.Ireland.

Didn't believe it at first when they said no water cannons, did some further research and turns out to be true.

I think that bloke who posed on Twitter with his loot (including 3 tubs of Body Shop Mango Body Butter) was gearing up for the eventuality of water cannon.

"It rubs the Mango Body Butter on it's skin or else it gets the hose again"

Makes me a bit sick to know that if that kind of crap was going on here in N.Ireland there wouldn't be a second thought of giving the order to get the cannons and rubber bullets out yet the madness has been allowed to go on for days over there with the government seemingly not wanting to rock the boat and give them the same treatment we've been getting for years.

I'm not saying they should cause another Bloody Sunday and go in on a shoot to kill but the cannons and rubber bullets NEED to come out and be used before there are deaths caused by the rioters. 

Send over the N.Ireland 'police'  they're more than capable of getting the job done.

If it was a terrorist attack all our armed forces would have been on the scene ASAP but it's only our own people so they let it carry on for 3 nights. Doesn't make sense does it? 

They take no crap over here north or south of the border and it is sickening to think its ok to to use these things on the Irish but no we can't use them on the English and we won't explain why cos everyone in the north will be up in arms....
