So . . . i need to buy a new laptop
I have about 800quid but I cannot make a choice - nothing floats my boat
I wud like something larger than 15.6inch screen, up to 17inch as my eyes aint so good
HDMI, USB 3.0, Blu-ray, Core i5, 4Gb RAM ... that kinda thing
Everything looks so cheap n nasty or dull, and looks are important - so i need help
What did you buy - why did you choose that model?

Infact, Toshiba are the only laptops I know that get old but still dont start that over heating and turning themself off cr@p!!
I've got a Sony Vaio CR21S. I bought it because it was very lightweight, small but not too small and looked nice. If I had ÂĢ800 to spend now though I'd buy a Mac.

I agree Toshiba seem excellent value and decent quality but they are limiting their range recently (colour). I'm hoping they increase the range in the run up to Xmas

A Satellite L300. Tis only a 15.4 screen but they prolly do larger too. It was an offer at the time and what I could afford. It's not given me any trouble
It's an L40 18Z probs three years old now.
Built like a tank.
