It's saying you can turn it off, but that site relies on cookies, so once you've cleared them the whole thing starts again. Is this not a version of Phorm?

Well I opted out, I think I will nip back a bookmark the site in case I have to delete my cookies in the future.  The more we can restrict the snooping the better I think.
